Who qualifies for the “Free Shipping over $75” offer?
BowlersAcademy.com offers Free Economy Shipping for orders $75 and Above (excluding tax) within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States. This offer is not available for any address outside of the 48 contiguous states.

How much does shipping cost for orders under $75?
BowlersAcademy.com offers $5 Flat Rate Shipping for orders $74.99 and Below (excluding tax) within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States. This offer is not available for any address outside of the 48 contiguous states.

May I ship my order to a local store for pickup?
Yes. BowlersAcademy.com offers Free Ship-to-Store to any Bowlers Academy location. All processing and shipping times for Free Ship-to-Store are the same as shipping to an external address. Free Ship-to-Store orders will be held at the pickup location for a maximum of 10 business days after notification, before being returned. Any order not picked up after 10 business days will be considered abandoned and will be issued a refund. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed on any Ship-to-Store order returned due to abandonment. Restocking fees will be deducted from the order refund.

Are there any handling & processing fees?
No, BowlersAcademy.com does not charge any handling or processing fees to our customers. Restocking fees are not considered handling or processing fees.
Note: If a wrong address is supplied, UPS will charge a $15 fee for address corrections provided by them. This fee will be passed on to you if you supply an incorrect address and are subjected to the fee. Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate including Apt. or Suite #’s at the time of order.

Do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Do we ship Internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. For buyers with P.O. boxes, we can only ship using USPS. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.

What shipping carriers are used?
We use USPS ,UPS & FedEx.

How long until my order ships?
Most orders are typically ship within 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday. Items will not ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

How long until I can expect my order to arrive?
We supply estimated courier shipping times based on the courier’s information. We shall not be held responsible for deliveries that may take longer than the estimated time frame due to courier and/or weather delays, or delays that occur due to any other circumstances that were out of our control.

If I have a product customized and/or drilled, will this affect my shipping time?
Yes, please allow an additional 5-7 business days before shipment. Ordering such services may delay your entire order regardless of the product type, if all the items on your order are shipping from the same location.

Can I track my order?
We will issue a tracking number to the email address you have provided once the order has been processed and has shipped. Free Ship-to-Store orders will not receive a tracking number and will instead receive an estimated pickup date. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at basupport@bowlersacademy.com. Please reference your order number for expedited service.

What is your Holiday shipping policy?
BowlersAcademy.com is closed on all major U.S. Holidays. This includes, but is not limited to, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after) and Christmas. Please refer to holiday delivery estimates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx for expected arrival times due to the busy holiday season and/or current weather conditions.

Are there any product restrictions for shipments?
Certain liquids may have airline restrictions. In the case we cannot ship an item, or need to adjust the shipping method, we will contact you for further instructions.

Who is responsible for shipping charges on returned items?
Unless agreed upon on a per case basis when requesting a return, all return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Exceptions can include but are not limited to, receiving a defective item. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information and packaging requirements.

What can I do if my package has been lost or stolen?
Unless insurance had been purchased, BowlersAcademy.com shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will offer support with any carrier disputes to help resolve the issue, within our capability.

I need to correct my address, who do I contact?
For address corrections before shipment, we will be happy to make the change for you. Please email basupport@bowlersacademy.com. For orders that have already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier using your tracking number.
